So, we do medieval reenactment of sorts.  No, not the Renn Faire, but we do go when we can.  I love historical costuming!  We even do Steampunk when we can.

So, this was probably my most ambitious dress.  It was based on one of Anne Boleyn's dresses (you know, the mistress then wife of King Henry VIII of England).  It was difficult, and SO many pieces to it.  And, of course, not entirely historically accurate.  But the bride was happy.
